Pondlet is a small project. There is no support queue, only an inbox that gets read.
Bugs, confusing moments, corrections to the field guides, or a screenshot of a jar that did something strange are all welcome. If you are reporting a problem, include your browser, the jar name, and the day number if you can.
What to expect
Most messages get a reply within a few days. Feature requests are read but not always answered. There is no paid support.
For the field guides
If you keep real ecosystem jars and something in a guide is wrong, say so directly. Corrections with a source or a photograph are especially useful.
